You can help by supporting Federal Funding for Rett Syndrome Research for the FY25 Senate Defense Appropriations Bill. Every year Congress provides funding for a select number of research topics in the annual Defense funding bill through the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) and the Rett community has been successful in advocating for this listing for the coming fiscal year!
